No matter what do you want to improve about your condition, swimming will help you. It makes you stronger and gets your condition up, all in without sweating and (too much) effort. Plus, after the session you are fully awake no matter how long you slept the night before!
Swimming sessions take place once a week in Kelsey Kerridge swimming pool, about 15 minutes walk from Trinity. There is also a water polo match every two weeks. At the end of the year there are competitions, which are a great opportunity to relieve exam stress.
